Netguard 8010 is the Netchem tradename for decabromodiphenyl ethane (DBDPE). DBDPE is an effective brominated flame retardant for styrenic polymers, engineering resins, cable and elastomers.
It exhibits thermal stability, UV resistance and is therefore useful for applications where color stability and high temperatures are required.
